Hi @shilpanic1 , Yes,it is very much possible that the lag which you are
seeing could be the time, when the segment qualification is written to
mapped cookie destination. Regards,Shweta
Hi @TimeIndicator1 , Customer total audience refers to "A count of
devices that have realized either a rule-based trait on your properties
or an onboarded trait from your offline files during the look-back
window." If we are seeing decrease in that count,it could be due to the
decrease in population of rule based or onboarded trait.I would
recommend to validate the trait population associated with the mapped
segment to the destination. More information is given in below

Hi @LordOfTheRings , Please check this doc for more info:
https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-audience-manager-blogs/getting-data-in-audience-manager-using-dcs-api-calls/ba-p/331086
It includes step by step details on how you can sync offline data(CRM
Ids) via DCS APIs. Regards,Shweta
As far as I'm aware, this process is fairly similar in v5 and Launch.
The difference is that you can deploy new configurations to your SDK and
deploy new tools for the SDK without needing to publish a new version of
your app to the app store. With that said, you could post a question in
the Adobe Experience Platform SDKs community to be sure. We've got our
experts on the SDK monitoring that community.
BackgroundCurrently, we are using the AAM Unused Signal Report on a
repetitive basis to check each value-key pair individually for building
new traits and their strategies. ChallengeWithin the 'Unused Signals
Report' all signals can be exported as pdf/ excel etc., but it is a
manual process and time taking. Sometime Unused Signal Report takes a
lot of time to populate data for last 30 days. IdeaWould it be possible
to:Create a scheduled export report (daily/ weekly/ monthly) for such
unused sign...
Hi Ankit, We are trying to Upload via BAAAM tool but it is not supported
, however REST API documentation of doing the uploads is not clear , Can
you please tell us with an example.
We don't have a way to export IDs in real-time. We can export IDs of
those users who are active on the site via an HTTP request. If you still
need all UUIDs from beginning or on daily batches then you can contact
AAM client care to create a bulk export of all IDs and their
corresponding segments. You can also consider CDF logs that also
provides you IDs in a format as explained in this help article: Customer
