Compatibility issue with Acrobat 7 and reader 9.1.1 /9.2 - Adobe LiveCycle 03-09-2010
Hello,Does anyone know if there are any compatibility issues with enabling user rights for comments in Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and opening them and trying to make those comments in Adobe Reader 9.1.1 or 9.2? For some reason when I enable the rights in Acrobat 7, and send it to someone else they can not make any comments on the form. All the users that will be opening this form have the newest version of Adobe Reader (9.2?) or version 9.1, neither seem to work with forms that were enabled through Acrob...

Re: Binding Drop Down Lists - Adobe LiveCycle 08-12-2009
ok iim pretty new to this, i tried to follow Johns code but it got a little confusing becuase in my first drop down i have 9 different selections each which need to populate the second drop down with its own set of selections. So the second drop down has 87 possible choices that needs to go in it. So i guess i am just a little confused on where to start. attched is the excel file with all the data in it. the bold are what goes in the first category and the unbolds are the selections per category...

Binding Drop Down Lists - Adobe LiveCycle 08-12-2009
Hello,I am trying to figure out how i can bind drop down lists. I want it so if you choose a certain selection in drop down list 1, then you are only able to pick a certain selection out of drop down 2. So basically each selection in drop down 1 will give you different options to select in drop down 2. Sorry if i made that really confusing. Thanks-Aaron-

Re: Email Stamp After a Submit By Email - Adobe LiveCycle 20-08-2009
The only issue i would have with saving emails is that we do not want to use our Exchange server as a file server. We wanted a way to stamp the pdf with the senders email so we can then save the pdfs to our file server, while still knowing who originally submitted these forms. Thanks for all the other options but i would really like to achieve this if possible.-Aaron-

Re: Email Stamp After a Submit By Email - Adobe LiveCycle 20-08-2009
I thought about that but what i am really going for is who is submittting this form, not who is filling it out. And if there is a way to just pull the users email from outlook or something that would be sweet becuase then i could know when exactly the form was submitted and by whom exactly. If there isnt a way thats alright, i was just hoping there would be an easy way to do this.-aaron-
