Opened the IPA and all the icons were there and correct. Don't know why the AEM Preflight icon is showing up after signing. Support time.

Yes, we have the new 1024x1024 icon asset loaded. Going to try the manual method now.

Hi all,I'm updating two of our iOS apps for adhoc internal testing using 2018.7.001, a newly downloaded AEM Mobile Signing Tool (2018.1-14) and Xcode 9.4.1. The icons for the signed apps appears as the Preflight icon. Looks like Scott Landis discussed this problem earlier this year and it seemed to have been solved, but not in my experience. What am I missing?ThanksThad

I've switched an app over from DPS to AEM Mobile. One of the key analytic points in DPS for our client was folio downloads and secondarily article content views. In AEM Mobile there are no folio downloads to count. The number of content views has fallen, while the number of app downloads from the app stores has increased dramatically. We are required (internal rule) to provide an opt-out for analytics so I'm not sure what the best data point to use for base line usage. Thoughts? Also does Adobe A...

Our app was finally approved after several rounds of questions. No changes required to the AEMM app. Exasperating.

Hi,Has anyone run into this?App update from DPS to AEMM app rejected by Apple today: "We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 10.0 on Wi-Fi connected to an IPv6 network.Specifically, your app content did not load.Next Steps: Please run your app on a device while connected to an IPv6 network (all apps must support IPv6) to identify the issue(s), then revise and resubmit your app for review."We've had numerous issues with Apple on this one. We actually have the...

Thanks Bob, I assume we'll have to update our apps for the change, or is this something on the server side?

Hi Nathan,The content is all published to the same project. Our shipping iOS app on the iPad does display the correct tablet collection, as does AEM Preflight on both iOS and Android, but our shipping Android app only shows the phone collection on 7" tablets.Designing a layout template that displays well on everything from an iPhone 5 through a 7" Android Tablet is difficult (unless you go with an all image layout). Our old app using DPS did display the tablet folio correctly on the same devices...

We have an app with 2-top level collections - phone and tablet. Android tablets are displaying our phone collection rather than the tablet collection. AEM Preflight on the same Android tablet displays the correct collection. Are we missing a setting somewhere? Tips appreciated.Thad

In the AEM Preflight app I see the explicit download icon for the correct collections, but in our newly built app the icons do not appear at all.All our files meet the criteria listed in the documentation:For a user to download a collection, the following conditions must be met:The "Allow user to save collection to their device" option (new) must be selected in collection properties. The user must have access to the collection. The collection must be downloaded from a browse page. If a collection ...

Has anyone had a problem with Apple approval of their DPS2015 app with an error stating "app name" Beta has expired and would not launch? We started the app when 2015 was in beta, but the files were converted to production by Adobe months ago.I don't see anything amiss in the settings and the dev version has been working fine for us internally. When I called Adobe, the support person said they have others with the same issue.Thoughts?
