Re: Using Adobe LiveCycle Designer with ASP.NET to populate PDF Forms from Server Database. - Adobe LiveCycle 23-11-2010
Hello Tarek,Thank you very much for your long and detailed reply. This is the gist of the solutions that you have recommended -1. Re: Dynamically set image path - Adobe LiveCycle 17-11-2010
Hello Scott,I am using Images in my form too., But we dont store the path of the image in our database. We store the image itself as a blob in the database table datatype varbinary(max). We are using SQlServer 2008. So binding the Image field to the blob object displays it perfectly, no extra conversion is required. Is that an option for you ?regardsNanda

Hello Scott, click on the image Field. Pres Shift+F7. the object properties Palette appears on the right. On the Object Tab --> Field Tab --> there are 2 propertiesURL and a check Box called Embed Image data. Will these help ?If not, Try setting the Binding value of the Image field to a Data connection field , that will hold the url at run timeLet me know if this helpedNanda

Re: Using Adobe LiveCycle Designer with ASP.NET to populate PDF Forms from Server Database. - Adobe LiveCycle 15-11-2010
Hello Tarek,I have read this link and it has a wealth of information.I have designed a form using Livecycle designer ES2, this form will be launched from a WPF-C# desktop application. This form needs to be prepopulated with data and data changes need to be saved back to teh database.I am using an XML data source, the preview form comes up fine, but how do I get data into the form at run time. Currently it comes up blank.Any help will be greatly appreciated.RegardsNanda
