List out all the revision which are available in tar file - Adobe Experience Manager 07-10-2016
Hi,I was guided to do the following as a part of some activity in support portal."1. List out all the revision which are available in tar file. "I am assuming it implies to do so by untaring all the tar file. Is this assumption correct?Since I have a huge number of tar file, it would be very time intensive. Is there a programmatic way to do this?Regards,Anil

Re: Copy users from 6.0 to 6.1 - Adobe Experience Manager 22-09-2016
kautuksahni wrote... Hi, Package manager does help when you want to move users & groups privileges from one instance to another which is a different case.In order to solve the above problem, we are still going to use package manager. Follow the steps below: Create a package and put all the users & their groups. Exclude few users & groups : admin & administrative anonymous (not necessary but good to keep it excluded) If same user & group are found in both environments; delete from AEM 6 instance ...

Copy users from 6.0 to 6.1 - Adobe Experience Manager 22-09-2016
I have been suggested to copy users from 6.0 version to 6.1 version. We had an earlier bad experience when copying one instance of 6.1 to another instance of 6.1 as it caused unexpected errors in user management. Is there a best practice or recommended way of copying users?

If you are accessing via dispatcher following should be added to your author-farm.any on Dispatcher, under the /clientheaders section: "CSRF-Token" "Referer" Without these, HTTP POST operations will fail. https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/dispatcher/security-checklist.html#par_title I am trying to create users from AEM console.. so should it not be handled automatically?

Re: Minification failing for third party JS - Adobe Experience Manager 16-09-2016
The third party JS seems to be an already minified version. Will check with an unminified version. Does YUI fails when processing a minified version of file.

Minification failing for third party JS - Adobe Experience Manager 16-09-2016
Hi,We have third party JS files in out project. When we are configuring the Felix console to minify the JS, the minified JS is not getting loaded in the page. Felix uses YUI compressor and when we tested it with online minifier that uses YUI compressor we were able to replicate the error. However some other minifier e.g. https://javascript-minifier.com/ was able to minify this particular JS without any problem. What is workaround? Is it possible to configure AEM not to use YUI for minification?Has...
