Hi Paul,I created the form, and then sent it to others to test. After
the form was submitted from one user to another, the error appeared
whenever you open the form. So they forwarded the form to me and asked
me to remove the error. I went in and removed the error message from the
"Validation Script Message" and now I am having them test it again, to
see if it was removed. That may be all there is to it. If I still have
problems, I will write back.Thank you,ZeroZone
I found this that seems to work:var date=new
date);Only this is when I remove the "original date" I entered, the
other cells don't clear out. Is there a way to do that?
Thank you NithCould you explain the steps to set up a Serial # and maybe
give an example if you have one?I don't believe I have Workflows (and
honestly do not really know much about it). If what it is called is
"LiveCycle Process Management ES2", it appears that it has some
features, including Tasks/Reminders that would be beneficial to our
processing of forms. Another feature being requested of me in building a
new form is an automatic archive, which I saw briefly mentioned in the
Hi,I could not reproduce the problem you described.Tabbing works as
exspected even with date fields in between. It think your tab order is
jumbled. This can happen if you move, cut and paste fields and other
objects in design time.Just try the aoutomatic tab reorder in Designer.

Hello Michael,I was having the same issue here. Acrobat Reader was able
to send the form attached as PDF as requested, but after the form was
sent, I was always getting the message "Submit Cancelled".It looks like
the issue is related to the "Control Type" of the Button. When I changed
the Control Type to "Regular" (see images below) and added a script to
the "mouseUp" status of the button, the message stopped showing up.I got
the script from Stack Overflow (great website!). It is a script that
Hi, The best approach is to use the margins in the Layout palette. When
you increase an object's margins (left, right, top, bottom) it will move
it away from adjacent objects by the set amount. This also applies to
Subforms. Another tip is to group objects that DON'T need to grow in
size into a Positioned Subform (preferably before you set the overall
layout to Flowed). This way these objects will maintain their relative
position and you just have to deal with the objects that must flow.
