Any time there is added functionality to segments, the API gets updated. As far as I am aware, there are no limitations. If you find something that doesn't work, call customer care so we can get the details and get a fix created. When you get that error, are you making a Segments.Get request? Thanks, ChrisS_ws; worked with a tweak to the function name, i.e.URL = https://api.omniture.com/admin/1.3/rest/?method=Report.CancelReport&debug=1Just cleared a bunch of reports that were clogging up the queue. Are you trying to get data warehouse reports or regular report information from Analytics? If so, you should use the reporting API (https://api.omniture.com/admin/1.4/rest/?method=Report.Queue ). In order to have permissions to access the API, your user must be in a group that has 'Web Service Access'.

This sounds to me like an issue to call customer care about. This way we can get the details about the company and report suite being used.

You can get all that reporting information from the reporting API. I'd take a look at this page: Getting Started | Adobe Developer Connection The calls you are looking for are Queue | Adobe Developer Connection and Get | Adobe Developer Connection Good luck!
