Re: error at JBoss start-up - Adobe LiveCycle 06-09-2012
no. never fixed.workaround was: uninstall everything. when you re-install, make sure you check the right boxes for the components that you want to use. don't mess with the Configuration Manager, don't change your selection of components after the install.

Re: How to use JMS service ? - Adobe LiveCycle 02-05-2012
Hi, I'd like to find out how to do this as well. The sample documentation says "create a JMS ConnectionFactory, Queue, and Topic in the application server you are using".Where can I find instructions on how to create those things (ConnectionFactory, Queue and Topic) on JBOSS?thanks.

select user action without opening the form - Adobe LiveCycle 25-04-2012
Environment is: LiveCycle ES2.5 Turnkey install Express Mode. Windows, JBoss, MySQL. Browser IE w/ Reader-X.At a User Task, it has a few User Actions (such as "Approve", "Reject"), how do I allow the user to activate/select one of those actions (while he is in the WorkSpace) without forcing him to open the form?I remember those User Actions used to show up in the To-Do list's "card", but somehow I don't see them anymore. What do I need to do to get them show up in the "Card" ?TIA

Destroy Annotations by Javascript - Adobe LiveCycle 13-03-2012
Hi, I have a piece of Javascript (pretty much copied from Acrobat manual) that's attached to the Click event of a Button, and it removes all the annotations on a PDF form. The script is like this:var oObj = event.target;var annots = oObj.getAnnots({ nPage:0 });for (var i = 0; i < annots.length; i++) { annots[i].destroy(); }It works fine when the form is a stand-alone PDF. But when I put the form in the WorkSpace and get it routed in a workflow, it doesn't remove the annotations at all.(The form i...

Validation Report warnings - Adobe LiveCycle 12-03-2012
In my application, I have 3 processes, and a PDF form, the 3 processes reference the PDF form,so each time I make a change to the PDF form, I got 3 warnings in the Validation Report tab, saying that the PDF that these processes depend on has been changed.I can get rid of those warnings manually by doing the "Validate" on those processes.my question is, why it doesn't do the Validate automatically? and stop displaying those warnings all the time?is there a way to let it do the Validate automatical...

Re: WSDL data connection problem, error attempting to read from file... - Adobe LiveCycle 12-03-2012
I am still having this problem...on the PDF form that's not working, it's a "Static PDF" form, not "Dynamic XML", does it matter?does WSDL data connection require Dynamic XML?

Re: how to add "Comments" and attach files onto a form? - Adobe LiveCycle 12-03-2012
you know, I tried that Usage Rights stuff but it didn't completely work... well, it allowed me to attach files, but no yellow sticker still. However, I got the sticky notes to work after I did a "Save As" of the PDF form and saved it as a "Static PDF".

My server is LiveCycle ES 2.5, trial version, Turnkey install / Express mode with Reader Extensions.Client side has IE8 and Reader X 10.1.2.User interface is the standard out-of-the-box WorkSpace ES.I have an application that routes a PDF form through a Workflow, the input/output of the User Tasks is a Document variable that points to the PDF form.I know that in the WorkSpace, ther's a built-in Attachment "tab" where the user can attach files and get them routed along with the form. But how about ...
