That works but if the client wants to enter a longer number say 0121587, is comes up with 121,587. How do I format this with no commas and with the 0 at the beginning.

Hi Niall, It is a pop-up screen, when you 'mouseenter' over another button it pop-ups and shows legend / examples and when you when you 'mouseexit' it disappears. The print button is for printing the legend only. So my scripting for my particular example would be legend.relevant = "+print";I understand that this is flakey but is there anything else? Jen

Morning Niall,Thank you it works perfectly. On a similar subject, I have a textfield that is hidden (exclude from layout) but I want it to print. I have a 'Print' button on the Mater Page which I'm assuming will have some sort of scripting in it but I just don't know what that scripting would be.Can you please assist with the scripting?RegardsJenny

Going forward with my 'Adding Rows' button, is it possible to have the table headings repeated at the beginning of a new page should it roll over when new rows are added (by the clicking the 'Add Row' button). e.g. The top two greyed rows need to be repeated (at the top of the page) only when the information underneath rolls over to a new page. Hope this makes sense!!!I have e-mail the attached to you.RegardsJenny
