Re: iOS issue creating app since update - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 21-12-2016
The log file is saved to your home folder. You can open that file and read the messages to try to find the error. The most probably cause is a duplicate certificate in your keychain. Open the Keychain Access utility and check to make sure the certificate you're signing the app with doesn't have a duplicate.Hope this helps. Happy holidays!

Re: Android Notifications - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 20-12-2016
Yes, it means that devices have not been updated with the newer version or that the devices with updates have not yet been registered. It can take a few hours.

Re: Export of Article files (AEM) in In Design CC 2017 are much more bigger than in CC 2015 - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 06-12-2016
This is likely a problem with how you're structuring the HTML file. Make sure that the .html file you're linking to in the Web overlay is in a subfolder that contains only the files used in the HTML. If the .html file is in the Documents folder, for example, you upload all the contents of the Documents folder when you export the article. Put your html file in its own subfolder and try again.

Re: Good practice or bad: Naming Bundle IDs for iOS and Android - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 01-12-2016
I think it's a good idea to keep the same Bundle ID for iOS and Android. I can't think of any reason to use different Bundle IDs. In some cases, such as setting up Push Messaging in Mobile Marketing, using the same Bundle ID for iOS/Android provides more flexibility.

Thanks for the heads up, Keith. I updated the description in the help article. I'll submit a request to edit the UI option description as well.

Re: Trouble Uploading a Brand Image... - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 18-11-2016
That sounds like a problem with the project. I would call Adobe Support.

Re: Preflight App Will Not Install Now. - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 15-11-2016
Is your iPhone UDID added to your mobileprovision file? Add your UDID, rebuild the provision file, and then use that new provision file when signing the app.

Re: Preflight App Will Not Install Now. - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 15-11-2016
Do you get a gray app icon when you try to install the app? If so, the iPhone's device ID likely isn't added to your mobileprovision file.
