Thanks for your answer, yes it was a matter of adding lines which I managed to find out how to do...my next dilemma is working out how to allow users to add extra pages that are a duplicate of the first...can that be done?

Hihoping someone can help, I have created a form with a simple table for staff to use as a report. Some will need one page and others 2 or 3 is there anyway to have the user insert a new duplicate page if they need to?thanks in advance

Copying actions to another cell in a table - Adobe LiveCycle 27-02-2012
Hi,I have set up a table and in the first cell created several actions using the action builder (for example if XYZ is entered change the colour to grey, if ABC is entered change the colour to red). I want to copy and paste this field to a number of cells in the table however the actions refer to the original cell...is there a way to have it copy the actions but reference the cell it is pasted in to?Hope this makes sense!!

If I have a table in a form that the user enters data in to, is there anyway that it can be sorted and yet keep all the info in the row together?Here's an example:In the table below the user needs to enter all the data fortnightly for payroll, as payroll requires employees to be entered in numerical order according to their employee number each time someone leaves they have to delete them then move everybody up a row, the rows also add up hours (the example shows hours paid in the form there are...
