Are you using a web service? As long as your web service (onweb server) is able to communicate with the database, then the webservice can then send that response to your flexapplication.

This may be slightly incorrect...if your web service's url is: http://localhost/FlexAsp/Service.asmx,and your c# webmethod is:[WebMethod]public string HelloWorld(string myName){ return "hello, " + myName; }then the following mxml code would call the function:Keep in mind that I have not tested any of this code..
