Vielen DankNinetta

Hi NathanAny news about this? We have apps in google play store for big clients that are currently not displaying correctly. We also had to postpone an app-release because of that and are waiting for this to be fixed. Is there any priority from your side. I think this is fairly important for all android publishers...pls help

Hi thereWe have an app available for smartphone and tablets with two different top-level collections and two different layouts for smartphone and tablet. That works fine for iOs and it also used to work for Android for the most part until recently.I have a Samsung Tab A (resolution 1200x1920). When I published the first version of our Android app (May 2016), the app was displayed in the Tablet Layout, which I would expect. After that I had to make an app update (August 2016). And now the new app...

What I dont understand is: It obvisously recognises my device as a smartphone cause it displays the collections I have added to the default collection for phones and these are different than the ones in our tablet version of the app. But the layout it picks, is the one for tablet. For the collections and articles determined for phone we use different cardsettings and cardimages. That is why - of course - the cards look totally wrong if "pressed" into the tablet layout. I am not sure wether I have...

Hi Benoit Thank you for your answer.“So I guess the App consider that Tablet design is more suitable, but seem to apply the smartphone card to it."- It actually does the opposite: It recognises my device as a smartphone and shows the default collection and all articles in it for smartphone, which is correct, but it then adds the tablet-layout and the tablet-cards to it."In the tablet layout, you have the option to enter custom value and test your layout. You can also preview how each card will d...

Hi thereI have the following problem:Our app is available for tablet and smartphone and has a different look on both. What I did: I created one layout in the "Layout Template" Section of AEM. Within that layout I configured the grid, cards etc differently for smartphone and tablet. Mapping rules are the same. I was really happy, cause I could use the same card and mapping rule for both all articles no matter wether they are for tablets or smartphones and it would show the cards correctly on the ...

I try to upload an .article file in AEM mobile and always get the same error:"Upload failure. The content was not uploaded. Manifest file is null or can't be found. (IN009). Select upload to try again." Of course selecting upload again does not solve the problem, I get the same error over and over. Also I have published many other articles with the exact same structure before and after and it always worked fine. The article contains a video (but also other articles do).The article can be uploade...

I have received feedback from users that the content of our App "Swiss Universe" (created with DPS 2015) suddenly disppeared after they had the app on their device for a few days.Cards are still visible in the app but have no image (screenshot), and the download of articles does not work.Obviously closing the app and restart it, does not solve the problem. If the app is deleted completely from the device and downloaded again from the store, the content is again available.Anyone else knows this p...
