Re: insert a row in between rows - Adobe LiveCycle 06-03-2013
So watch this 15 sec video on YouTube. I believe this is what you are looking to accomplish. I just want to be clear before wasting time (both of ours). If it is then I will do a full video on how to accomplish it. You likely have set everything up in a table. The only way I could figure out how to make it work this way is to take everything out of the table. You'll see what I mean.Let me know and I will try to do something this weekendhttp://youtu.be/A_yLRzOpWto

Re: Flowable Text overlapping signature fields - Adobe LiveCycle 05-03-2013
Hi,Did you get this figured out? If not, feel free to send me the file and I will look at it. It sounds like your signature field is not in a flowed subform. I will have a look and if I have the answer I will send back the corrected form and a short video on how to set the form up to act the way you want.Send to stewbinson@hotmail.com. Let me know through this forum that you have sent it to me in case it goes to my junk mail.Andrew

Re: insert a row in between rows - Adobe LiveCycle 05-03-2013
Do you still need help with this question? If so, I'm assuming you have created a table and an add button to add a new row of cells and that your problem is the row is added at the bottom of the table.I know how to get this done but it is only something I would describe on video. Let me know if you still need help and I will upload a quick video to youtube or my website. My way of doing it is a bit annoying but it gets the job done (and its the only way I could figure out how to do it).Andrew

Extend Features Jumbles Text - Adobe LiveCycle 13-02-2012
Hi,I'm not sure if this is a Livecycle question or a PDF question but I thought I would start here first.I created a form in Livecycle and saved it as a dynamic pdf. When I open it is Acrobat 9 pro it looks fine (layed out exactly how it was layed out in Livecycle). If I extend the features of the form, when I open up the new version the entire form is jumbled. For example, the first page is blank, the opening text boxes which were on the first page are now in the middle of the document...basica...

Sorting Columns - Adobe LiveCycle 09-03-2011
Hi,I'm looking for help for something that I'm not sure is possible. I am creating a form with five columns which multiple users will enter data in the rows. Some users may need to sort the table columns in ascending or descending order. Is this possible - even while keep all of the other information in the adjacent rows together? Thanks in advance for any help.Andrew

Fill cell colour based on drop down menu value - Adobe LiveCycle 04-02-2011
Hello,I have found many examples that I've tried to use to solve my problem but none work for me so I thought throw in the towel and see if someone can explain this to me.I have created a form that has a table where the user can add as many lines as they want. Inside the table there a drop down field called pastdue with a YES and NO option (it looks something like this: form1.audit.Table1.Row.pastdue). I would like to have all fields in the table row fill with yellow or red if the drop down valu...

Change submit email address based on information in a form field - Adobe LiveCycle 16-12-2010
Hi,I have pdf form made in livecycle which has a button that I have made as a submit button. Unfortunately who the form is to be submitted to is decided by who there employer is so to get around this I have written mailto: in the submit section but left it blank. When selected the completed form is attached to an e-mail and the To: address is blank. I can live with this but reading many articles on this it appears there is a way to make the form work they way I would like it to.So...I'm wonderin...

Java Script fields not working on completed form - Adobe LiveCycle 09-12-2010
Hi,This is likely a basic question but I can't find the answer anywhere - and I apologize if this should be the Acro forms forum.I completed a rather simple form using Livecycle where the user enters data and a script adds it up and places it in a "total" field. I saved as a dynamic pdf and tested it out fine. I sent it out to a few clients and a few advised me that the total field wasn't being populated after they entered data - the other clients sent back completed forms so I know it worked fo...
