Hi, Fang.I know that it works, but I was wondering if you or anyone had created pre-built "tiles" for Mosaic that encapsulated the various LCCS pods and their functionality. Thanks,Rick

There isn't a real limitation on the number of items you can store, but at some point the system (or the client) will run out of memory Regarding fetching the chat history, right now we don't have such API, but we are working on.

Hi Rick,Not at this time. However, we are always looking to shape our roadmap based on feedback. Any reason why this is a must for your business case? Or why a single-tenant or a hybrid deployment (on-prem edge to handle auditing, auth, etc., but the core service is still in the cloud) won't suffice? Thanks,Fang

Hi,If you are using player 10 ALCS swc and Whiteboard with Flex 4 and Flash Builder beta 2, it might throw an exception sometimes which has been fixed recently and will be updated in the next drop. Player 9 ALCS swc should work fine. We haven't done testing extensively on Flex 4 for our framework, so if there are any issues that you come across, please report to us. ThanksHironmay Basu

Hi Rick,The information on the differences between LCCS and Stratus are a bit buried -- apologize for that. Hi Rick,I ran a simple code ( attached ) with SimpleChat and I agreethough it works fine once you are in the session and you get anymessages or send any message , it is of the size you have set , but the messages you get syncd up in the very beginning werebeing shown in the default size , and the reason was when you setthe property in mxml , the model wasn't even created and when wecreate the model, we were not passing that value and we don't storethe value in the server.I have fixed this in the...

Hi Rick,The sharedID's are the names of collectionNodes used for identifying them on the server for that room. So, collectionNodes should all have unique sharedIDs in a room, if the user doesn't assign, it gets assigned to some default value. When we do a dynamic switching, we don't want to destroy the entire model and recreate everything and rather resync the messages for the new room. This saves work and other technical complications.ThanksHironmay Basu

Thanks for the thoughtful response, Rick - To my mind, I don't know if I'd characterize what you'redescribing as "interop". Maybe the term is closer to "rendez-vous"?As you say, if you're trying to do "push to collaborate", youtypically need some medium through which to expose presence of therecipient, and push a URL at the intended recipient - in this case, likely the URL of the client swf which will take you into aspecific AFCS room, or perhaps (if you're already in a swf/AIR app)the URL of the...

You can create another AdobeID using a different e-mailaddress and use as your second login. One thing to notice, though, is that when using theAdobeHSAuthenticator there is no difference between a user with anAdobeID that is not the account/room owner and a named guest. Bothwill enter the meeting as guest and get promoted if you allow it.If you want to experiment with different roles (because yourapplication uses more than the standard roles provided by Cocomo)or you need to test with users with...

Hi Rick, Sorry, no plans for screen sharing - it requires the add-inplayer (which isn't Flash/AIR). We do definitely plan on doing some interim drops. We'reworking on feature requests and bugs (right now, actually), so keepthe feedback coming! nigel

I'll poke around in the code and see what I can come upwith...I don't think there's such a thing as an FXG "parser" yet(even in Gumbo, other than in the compiler) so I might have tocreate something to read in arbitrary FXG and add it to the UImodel/render it dynamically. Might be useful for Gumbo also.

Hi Rick,Yes you need to a have Flex SDK targetting player 10 forgetting the correct playerglobal.swc. It can be either Flex SDK 4.0build or Flex SDK 3.0 build that support player 10.ThanksHironmay
