Is there a way to copy information from an Excel Spreadsheet and copy it into a table in a Live Cycle Designer form?

I have the binding on that field set to Date only. That is why I can’t figure out why the time is showing up. Thank you

How would you export the spreadsheet to XML and import it that way? I didn’t figure this would be a simple copy and paste, but if it is doable that is all that matters? Is this something that I can program into the form (on a button or something)? Thank you
