What a pain in the a** it is to get this.Like a lot of people, I had the FULL version of Acrobat X Pro installed on my system, and I asked my I.T. department to upgrade me to XI Pro, not realizing that LC would be secretly deleted from my system. Well, the state agency I work for purchased the FULL version of Acrobat XI Pro instead of the UPGRADE version, and when I submitted my case to get the free LC upgrade, it was denied by Adobe stating that since I didn't "upgrade" to Acrobat XI, I wasn't ...

Hey Paul,I hate opening this thread again since you resolved my issue, but I didn't want to create another "new" thread and crowd the forum.I noticed one thing, if a person were to click in the cell, and then decide against entering anything, as if they chose the wrong cell, the script still fires off (obviously due to having the script as the EXIT event for the field) and I get the "enter a value 1 to 24" message. Is there any way that I can overcome this with a slight modification to this scri...

*** THIS IS A REPOST SINCE I POSTED IN THE WRONG FORUM ***Hello,I have a quick question and I hope someone can help me.I have a form that contains a table with approximately 10 columns and 20 rows. For two of these columns, the rows (AKA fields) within it are decimal fields w/ 2 leading and 2 trailing digits. I would like these fields to ONLY allow a user to enter a number from 1 to 24.(or be left empty so the range might be 0 to 24), and if a user attempts to place a number outside of this rang...

THIS IS A REPOST INTO THE PROPER FORUMHey all,I read all the posts in regards to the "divide by zero" error that people get when attempting division, but I cannot for the life of me figure it out.I have a form where I "grand total" two columns, then with those totals, I want to perform simple "division" on it:INTOT / DTOTI am getting the "Arithmetic Over / Underflow" error. (It's the Administrative Rate field at the bottom of the form where I want the "division" to be performed.)I have tried num...

Upon re-reading what I said in my last post, I didn't mean it in a BAD way that your ideas made me "revamp" my form. On the contrary, I made my form much more efficient.I also wanted to say that I really enjoyed your tips on creating dynamic tables that I found on your website.Very informative and very cool what a person can do with Acrobat. Thanks again,Jon

Hey all,Hopefully I have posted this in the appropriate forum (this could probably go into the JS forum as well and if so, my apologies.)My question:I have a monthly mileage log that has a field where the user will enter the the beginning vehicle odometer reading (this is a MANDATORY FIELD) at the beginning of the month OR when the vehicle is first used.I then have 31 fields underneath corresponding to the days in a month with each field containing the ENDING odometer reading for that day. If th...
