Block Image Request - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
We have a 3rd party security scanner tool that crawls our site. They are filtered out of our data set using our bot rules. However, we are still billed for all of the server calls even though the traffic is flagged as a bot. Is there anyway to turn off the image request so we will not be billed for the server calls it generates?

Re: Product Finding Method - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
You could check...Your eVar setting maybe set to 1st touch, or something in your cart funnel is triggering another product referral to overwrite the order. You could confirm by...Looking at participation or linear order metrics. The number of orders attributed to external natural referrals maybe equal to total orders/revenue for the time period you're looking at.

Re: More orders than carts?? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Your Carts is probably set to the scOpen event and maybe configured to fire only when a new cart is created. Carts wouldn't include customers that open a new cart in visit A then return on Visit B and add items to the existing cart then order. Cart Additions maybe a better/closer to orders.

Classification Assistance - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
We are capturing this value in a eVar: {wt-graphic}{pt-t-shirts}{al-ASpot}{ct-backtoschool}{aid-23894765}*We wanted to use Rule Builder to extract the different values within the braces ( {} ) and put them in a classification. *We have written the Regex that can isolate the values. Our problem is that I cannot see a way to take the identified string and assign it as a classification value. Is it possible to populate the "to" section with what the regex is populating?

Browser Width - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
When I do a break down my screen resolution of 1366 x 768 by Browser Width - Bucketed I am seeing 2-3% of my traffic fall into the 1500 to 1599 bucket. Any clue how this possible? Looking at Device Type of Other only (assumed to be desktop).

Re: Storing data from a form - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
mattlukoff wrote... Hello, How would I code a form field in order to pass data back into site catalyst. Would those be as Evars/sProps or is there a better way? Thanks, Just a heads up, if you're passing any PII you may want to double check with your legal team and make sure your privacy policy is updated. I had the headache with dealing with my internal legal team when setting this up a few years ago.

Re: Fallout Report Numbers - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Gigazelle wrote... The fallout report's path must be exactly followed without any pages in between. This is most likely what you're seeing the differences in the other reports. I am not sure if this is a accurate statement. When viewing a fallout report you can see next steps before the specific item (in ad-hoc). This documentation also mentions that "eventually" saw the specific item: http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/reference/reports_fallout.htmlI think this statement would be true ...

Re: Possible to find out Windows Surface Tablet users? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
You might have some luck looking at your User Agent report. Just google what the the User Agent string is for the Surface to bounce off your list.
