How to hide a field in AEM6 adaptive form based on logged in user - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 15-10-2015
I'm trying to find a way to hide a particular form field in the Adaptive AEM6 form based on the user that is signed in. I looked a the source code and it seems that the form fields are in .contenxt.xml file. I'm not sure how I can manipulate this to meet the above requirement.

How to assign adaptive form to other users - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 15-10-2015
I've built an adaptive form in AEM 6 inside the geometrixx-gov sample website. Is there a way I can:1. login as user1 to fill out this form then click submit2. after hitting submit I login as user2 and see this form in my inbox3. approve/reject this form. Is this doable with AEM6 alone or will I need LiveCycle to accomplish this. Please let me know how to accomplish this either with AEM6 alone or with livecycle.

How to transfer all configurations between two cq instances? - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
I have a CQ5 server running on the server. I've made several configurations to it by going to CRXDE. These configurations aren't related to a specific package but are instead scattered all over. Now I would like to have a CQ5 server running on my local machine with all of those configurations that I made on the server. Can I simply copy the entire crx-quickstart folder from the server to my local computer and then simply start CQ5 on my local computer? Or do I need to do something else?I basical...

Re: Is there a way to do search on data submitted from Adaptive forms? - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
I already have a JSP page that takes the form data and makes a PDF out of it using XSD.Would you suggest that I add code in this same JSP file such that all the data gets persisted as jcr:string properties ?

Re: Is there a way to do search on data submitted from Adaptive forms? - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
The reason why I'm using forms portal as a submit action is because i want to take advantage of the "Drafts and submissions component". If I develop my own OSGI service then I lose what that component provide or need to make configurations to it. Both options aren't great. I'm kind of baffled why an in-built form functionality would not allow searching on the form data.

Is there a way to do search on data submitted from Adaptive forms? - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
I'm on AEM6 and I'm making use of the Adaptive Forms. When I save the data, it is being saved in "/content/forms/fp/admin/drafts/data" and the submit action on he form is "Forms portal submit action" because I'm making use of the "Drafts and submissions component". Looking at CRXDE I can see that the data is being saved as jcr:data in XML format. My question is, is there a way in AEM to do search on this data? For example if I submit 10 forms and I want to do search on the data where fieild2 of ...

Which AEM Forms 6.0 Add on package should be downloaded for MAC? - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
I have a local instance of AEM 6 running. I wanted to output an Adaptive Form into a PDF and came across this link https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/submit-store-data-crx-repository.html that suggests that I need to download the Add on package and then I'll have the option to select "Store PDF submit action" in the forms Submit Action. I used this link to download the add-on package https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/installing-configuring-aem-forms.html#Installing%20AEM%20forms%20add-on%20pa...

Is it possible to convert AEM 6 form into PDF? - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
I have a requirement to create a form, let users fill it out, and then email it to the user as a PDF. I am using AEM 6 and can create the form easily mimicking the Geometrixx Gov sample forms. But how can I save the collected data into PDF? In the submit action, I only see these options:Submit to REST endpointStore content actionEmail actionSubmit to Forms workflow
