🙂 I think there is an easier solution 12345/1000 on next lower cent: Math.floor(100*(12345/1000))/100 =>> 12.3412345/1000 on next higher cent: Math.ceil(100*(12345/1000))/100 =>> 12.35

Hi Radzmar!I am a newbie to writting FormCalc. I have tried to tweak your sample to fit my needs with no luck.I have 6 fields for each weekday - in & out times for morning, afternoon, and overtime. I haven't even attempted to look at how overtime is calculated. Right now I am just trying to get the hours calculated for morning and afternoon minus the lunch break. I have attached a link to my feeble attempt in the hopes you could look at it.http://www.whitetailsunlimited.com/i/p/TimeSheet20121203...

Bibhu,Thanks for your response!I wrote this in FormCalc as a Calculate Event in the "Number" field:If (form1.TimeSheet1.Table1.Row1.Day.rawValue=="Friday","7")It works just fine: when I type "Friday" into the "Day" TextBox, it returns a "7" into the Number fieldBUT:I also wrote these, but no matter what I type ("Friday" or "Wednesday", etc) in the "Day" TextBox, it returns a value of "1" into the Number field in all instances:If (form1.TimeSheet1.Table1.Row1.Day.rawValue=="Friday","7");If (form1...

Hello Gene-ODon't take this the wrong way.... buuuut your problem is in your math. 1.15 is not equal to 1 hour and 15 minutes. 1.25 is equal to 1 hour 15 minutes. 165/60 does equal 2.75 hours. You are trying to get this type of time: 1:15 (1 hour 15 minutes - notice the colon)You actually have to do a conversion and then re-convert it back to I have a form with columns of time in this format HH:MM (hours are seperate column & minutes are a seperate column.) var dMin = Page1TotalMinutes (Page1Tot...

Hi Gene-O,Here is a sample: https://acrobat.com/#d=kCPIgVkd09qrx6h-WRXxbQIt is all FormCalc and the script is in three locations. The daily hours field has a basic check to see that the fields are not null and that the In time is before the Out time. The total normal hours does a basis addition of the daily totals and then checks if this is greater than 40hrs. If it is, then it limits the normal hours to 40hrs and spills the rest into overtime hours. The last script is in the total hours field t...

Please find the updated document to fix the issue when you click on Yes/ No..You had copied the code from the XML Source of the previous file to your Click event, which you should not. Because XML Source will have other XML tag elements which does not need to be in the Script editor.I removed the XML tags from your Click event and the issue is resolved.https://acrobat.com/#d=iDx3dOazEEtsl9EHyUjJLAFor the Page3 issue, I had resolved it in the previous file itself which you can go thru in the belo...
