Email Auto Response - Adobe LiveCycle 18-01-2010
Does anyone know if there is a way to generate an auto response "thank you" email complete with Subject line and some body text for people who fill out Live Cycle generated forms on our website. We have 6 forms that either request a donation of some sort ( we are a small not-for-profit association) or ask the form filler to join our association. What I'd like to do is, once someone fills out a form, is send an email thanking them for doing so. Any assistance regarding this would be greatly appre...

PayPal and Live Cycle Forms - Adobe LiveCycle 18-01-2010
I have a calculated "Total Amount" field on a Live Cycle generated form. I would like to take that calculated value and export it to our payment pages on PayPal's secure online network. On our website, we simply add some code to the page and, when clicked, the button takes you into PayPal's secure pages. Is there a way to accomplish this in a Live Cycle generated form? Do I convert the html code into xml? Please help - I am a novice user and, although I am learning quite a bit, I still have mile...

Mr. Cavallo - Where are you? - Adobe LiveCycle 14-01-2010
Kevin, I was wondering if you could help me out one more time. It would be greatly appreciated, and I'd gladly makemention of you on our website if you like. That form you helped me configure worked great. However, I have 1 more form to complete and I tried, but had no luck in setting up the calculations. I have a form, very similar to the first one, but this is for memberships in our not-for-profit organization. I have created fields for the form filler and up to 5 other people to join as membe...

Re: Please Help A Newbie! - Adobe LiveCycle 08-01-2010
Okay, so here's my next question: I am looking at the XML, but I can't figure it out. Is there any way to see just the script itself? and, what do I do with it once I get it (i.e. where do i put the script? does anything go into the head of the document? etc.).Also, how difficult is it to do using multiplication. I am creating a form for people to join as members of the theatre; each membership cost $20 CAD. I have created the contact info (1 member) and a field for the names and emails of up to...
