Agreed with everything said above. We are trying to automate a lot of our reports and adobe offers a unique solution to this. Unfortunately when I have 1 product set a certain colour and in the next graph it changes. I have to restyle the WHOLE graph so my stakeholder doesn't misread the information (which they invariably will). Come on guys it's now 2021, we don't want to have to export to excel. You figured out how to bring GA data into Adobe so it can be used better. Now let us ACTUALLY DISPL...

It's worse now, the new interface is not ADA accessible at all, if you don't know what all has been created - you can't even see it, you have to know what to search for, it's just a horrible user experience throughout the entire Analytics application. And not at all inclusive or compliant.

@MichaelWon It sure has been a while on this one, but it sure would be super handy to have this. I can't tell you how much time and frustration it would save me to have this functionality!

Thanks for your responses, @jeff_bloomer and @Andrey_Osadchuk . I understand how Date Ranges can by used in Segments. However, I have not encountered any real world situations where I've seen them being useful. Especially since applying a segment in one freeform table will change the whole panel's date applied date range, not to mention the ambiguous naming, their use within segments generally leads to end user confusion. To your example, I typically recommend users apply the dynamic date range ...

Hey, I know this is marked as delivered, but only as what I would consider a version 0.1. Is there an expectation for a version 1 might be delivered? This would be functionality similar to what we can do right here in Experience League (i.e., simply upload an image or copy/paste right into this interface. Thanks in advance!

Hi dinesh_b_kumar_, if you want to have a pure funnel, you may want to start serializing from the time your Customer opens their cart (scOpen). At that time is when you would establish your cartID.For example:s.events = "scOpen:{cartID}";You could then call the cartID each time the user progresses through the funnel:viewCartscCheckoutpurchaseTo answer your question, when you fire scCheckout, it would then look like this:s.events = "scCheckout:{cartID}";I would NOT recommend serializing scAdd, be...

Adding only specific dimension values from the Page Name dimension should return the expected output with the line visualization. Example: Create a freeform table like this, and apply the line visualization to it. Page name Page ViewsHome-Page 2 Thanks,Himanshu

The default landing page for Analytics changed June 2020 to Workspace (instead of Reports). Any user that had not previously customized their landing page began landing on the Workspace project list page at that time. With the new Components > User preferences page, users can also more easily customize their landing page to be the default (Workspace project list), a blank project or a specific project.

This is definitely one of the more efficient ways to do it, AND if it's something you need to regularly share with the team, you can also set up scheduling right inside the Excel tool to deliver a PDF to their email, just like in Adobe Analytics.

@dinesh_kumar_r - The output you're displaying is making me question the implementation of that variable in the actual call. You're saying it's a traditional eVar, but like @HemanginiS, my instincts would tell me it's been implemented as a Merchandising variable. Both details will help understand the problem, but the link @HemanginiS is a good reference point.

Hey Jeff, i`m viewing this post a bit late, but i landing here searching a solution for a similar scenario on a mobile app.I have some doubts, to get the pageName value on a trackstate like a parameter its possible just adding a context data of pageName, but in fact i can remember saw on Adobe Documentation a reference about this where its possible add pageName Through a default value "page.name" but when i tried not works, not any info on Adobe, so i think this need a context data to capture pa...

Not a bad approach. It's similar to others I've considered. Sounds like an opportunity for a tweak/improvement in Adobe Analytics to provide the ability to filter these results and also understand where they're coming from. I may submit this as an idea.

Thanks for the answers. The reason why these values appear in the marketing channel report is because "Referring Domains" overwrites the last touch channel. When a user enters the page directly after previously having accessed it via referrer, that user is attributed to the "Referring Domains" marketing channel. As in this scenario the referrer is not set as the user directly accessed the page, this results in "Typed/Bookmarked" entries within that marketing channel. When checking the "Marketing ...

@panj75843567 ,As I have always seen it, the Visitor container as the largest of the three (Hit/Visit/Visitor) and would carry beyond a single visit, which would invalidate your segment. Perhaps I am misunderstanding, which means my answer could be wrong, but would you not want to keep your overarching container set to VISIT to measure the Unique Visitors falling out of your funnel? I may also be oversimplifying, but that is my two cents.

@dinesh_kumar_r Being the type who doesn't make assumptions, can you provide the exact rule you used? I'm asking just because everyone approaches problems differently, and this may feel like a super-simple approach. The Regex I would start off using, based on what you stated in your question would be.^(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)\:(.*)$I escaped the colons simply out of caution, but I would expect this to work. The only other thing I would validate is the format of t...

I see this came up near the top of the feed again. I HIGHLY recommend doing this if you have used Adobe Analytics for any length of time. As a regular user of the tool, this is your opportunity to provide valuable insights and feedback to Adobe. If you haven't done it already, you really should check it out!

@Andrey_Osadchuk I am very much in agreement there. I figured start with one and then hopefully the ability would branch out since performing this function with a segment would likely be carried over into those components as well.
