Re: Where to purchase LiveCycle / AEM Forms Designer? - Adobe LiveCycle 21-11-2019
Well yes, and I’ve been continuing to use Livecycle for a few years now. Here’s my problem though. My copy of Adobe Pro & Livecycle came bundled with Adobe Design & Web Premium CS6 which includes a lot of the Adobe graphics applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc) that I use on a daily basis. However, due to it being older software now, I often get graphics files that I cannot open because of versioning issues. I thought it would be a simple matter of installing the newer Creative Cl...

Re: Where to purchase LiveCycle / AEM Forms Designer? - Adobe LiveCycle 20-11-2019
Thanks for that insight. So what then are small businesses who rely on XFA forms typically doing now? I‘m curious to know what the replacement is. We purchased Livecycle years ago for a fraction of what the cost is now for AEM Forms Designer. I’m happy to move on to the latest and greatest, but I have yet to figure out what that is.

Re: Where to purchase LiveCycle / AEM Forms Designer? - Adobe LiveCycle 19-11-2019
charlesp65418926 I am in the same boat. I have been trying since Oct 1 to purchase a standalone copy of AEM Forms Designer. I have been pushed back and forth from Adobe to 4Point (their 3rd party retailer) more times that I can count. I sat on hold with Adobe one day for literally 2 HOURS and no one ever picked up the line. I finally got an email from Adobe yesterday telling me that they no longer sell single user licenses for AEM Forms Designer, and that my only option was to purchase a 10-pac...

Re: Switch statement default setting - Adobe LiveCycle 12-11-2018
I've tried that, but it isn't working. My code is:switch (this.rawValue){//all the casesdefault: portal.presence = "visible"; break; }The "portal" text field is visible by default, but when you select one of the few options that has it set to hidden, it does disappear, but if you then go back and select any other option that does NOT have its presence specified, it doesn't become visible again. Am I missing anything?

Switch statement default setting - Adobe LiveCycle 09-11-2018
I have a dropdown with a switch statement in the exit event with about 80 "cases". There are only 3 of them though that if they are selected, the presence of a text field needs to change to "hidden". Without having to put a "presence" statement on every single case, is there a more efficient way to change the presence of the text field if one of the 3 are selected, and then defaulting back to a "visible" presence if anything else is selected? Thanks!

Re: Looping through subforms to hide subforms containing an unchecked Checkbox - Adobe LiveCycle 23-10-2018
Removing "reset" appears to have fixed it! Thank you both for all your help!

Looping through subforms to hide subforms containing an unchecked Checkbox - Adobe LiveCycle 22-10-2018
Hi all! I am stuck and would love a little help. I have a form with about 5 levels of subforms. I'm trying run a script with a button click that loops through each subform and hides any subforms that contain an unchecked Checkbox. Here is my hierarchy:So far, I've created a script object called "hide" that has this:function ToggleRows(reset){ var Rows = form1.page1.middle.ADDITIONS.EMR.Checkboxes.cb.all; var curRow; for (var i=0; i
