I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC and LiveCycle Design.I created a form in LiveCycle to be filled in.I want to send to multiple people at different times.Sometimes I fill in certain fields.If I don't Save as "Save As" then I lose the original form.How do I save original as template.Thanks

I've lost my custom fields, groups and settings.  How do I retrieve?

For some unkown reason I have lost my custom groups and fields in library Livecycle Design.  How do I retrieve?
