Re: How do you refresh Segment form control to show newly created segments? - Adobe Analytics 15-02-2017
Hi Kathryn. The segment selector doesn't have a refresh option, since it is intended that the user wants to limit the shown segments to a few selected ones. If you want to add/remove more segments from the selector, you do not need to remove and re-add it. You can right-click on the selector and click "Report Builder Properties". This should give you a popup with the ability to select the segments you need.-Hyder

Re: Report Builder - how to capture errors when using VBA macros to refresh data - Adobe Analytics 09-02-2017
Hi Kathryn, what if you used VBA to refresh the workbooks as well? Explanation on how to do that is located here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/kb/en_US/analytics/kb/visual-basic-macros-reportbuilder.html

Re: Rolling weeks Friday - Thursday - Adobe Analytics 21-08-2016
So the way I see it, this is working correctly. If your organization calendar is setup for Sun-Sat week, that is what the report is going to give you. The way that I can see this happening is that you will need to create 4 different requests. Each being aggregate, but the reporting period will be specific to the week range needed. Also you can set this up for scheduling on a particular day of the week, on a weekly basis. Does this help?

Re: Cannot get rolling dates to work for other than Sun - Sat dates - Adobe Analytics 29-10-2015
So can I get a definitive answer on this? Can Rolling Weeks be anything other than Sun - Saturday? If they can, how is it done? Here is my example: I select time period of Monday,9/28 through Sunday, 10/18 and choose Weekly Granularity. The first 'week' is Monday,9/28 - Saturday,10/3. The second and third weeks are Sunday through Saturday. The fourth 'week' is Sunday 10/18 - Sunday 10/18. What I want is the each week is Monday - Sunday.I can't believe that this can't be done, but I have tried eve...

Re: Looking for total Facebook / LinkedIn / Twitter referrals to pages - Adobe Analytics 26-10-2015
Hi Kathryn,Apologies for the delayed response. You could pull up the referring domains report and select the referrer type as social networks, it should show them in a single line item. You may also use a filter if you want to show only the three above mentioned social networks. If that still does not work out like you want, you may create a classification and have a custom report for the same.Let me know if anything works out for you.Regards,TM

Re: How to roll up all Facebook URLs to one metric, all LinkedIn to one metric, etc - Adobe Analytics 28-10-2015
Hi,You can surely combine the referrers by using classifcations. That would create the report output like you are wanting to see. You could check out classification rules here - https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/reference/classification_quickstart_rules.htmlLet me know if you have more questions.TM

Re: How to remove Not Specified values from metrics totals - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Hi Kathryn,Using a filter will not affect the total number in this case. If you want to the total to show only the sum of the included line items you should create a segment with the same logic and apply it on the report. You should get the required result then.Let me know if that works.TM
