Master Page Heading - Adobe LiveCycle 27-09-2010
I have created a Heading on my master page (of an order form I designed a month ago) with a few drop down lists so the sales person can enter customer info etc...and I anticipated the entered information would carry over to a second page (if the order was large enough to require a 2nd page). For some reason when a second page is needed the information does not carry over and the sales person has to spend time filling in the same information he/she entered at the top of the first page. I have bee...

Re: Numbers and instances - Adobe LiveCycle 02-09-2010
Thanks For the Code! But there is still an issue. I have many buttons that generate different subforms. Say for instance I push on "Button A" and subform 1. "A" appears. Then when I push on "Button B", subform 1. "B" appears. Is there to generate the following:1. "A"2. "B" When I push button B it will recognize A and therefore put a 2 in front of subform B rather than a 1

Numbers and instances - Adobe LiveCycle 02-09-2010
I have made an order form where subforms are added when a button is pushed. Is there anyway to number the subforms as they are generated. The reason we would like to do this is to keep track of changes to particular line items within the order....EX.If i push button A....what i would like to see is...1. [Asubform]

I have completed an interactive order form and have included a submit Email button in the top left corner of the form. When people complete the form and email it by pushing the button, the form attaches as .xml format and not pdf. How do I change it to submit as a pdf and not .xml?

Creating an instance using a button - Adobe LiveCycle 26-08-2010
I have created a 7 different subforms each consisting of a DDlist and a few text fields. I have associated a button to each different field. When I push a button I would for the associated subform to appear at the top of the page (not in the position where the subform was origionaly created). If I push the button more than once I would like for the corresponding subform to appear multiple times. how do I do this?I set my main page to flowed and set my number of instances to 0

Re: Drop-down Lists - Adobe LiveCycle 24-08-2010
Paul,Thank you very much for your help so far. To save time entering data into the DDlists I have upgraded to LifeCycle version 9….which has made my life much easier.I figured out how to set button actions and paste from the clipboard into a DD list. The form I am working on is a vinyl fencing order form. On this form there are 6 different styles of fence 200-700 and atleast 30 different sub styles within each style. What I need to know now is:1. How to program the sheet so that when you push the...

Re: Drop-down Lists - Adobe LiveCycle 23-08-2010
In response to the answer in question 2, regarding pushing a button to make a DDlist appear. I did exactly what you said and still the ddlist will not appear. Below I have pasted the xml code and highlighted in red what I added. Is this correct? Button Is there an easier way to define a clicking event without having to alter the code.
