We found that running docker container is the best way of doing this https://hub.docker.com/r/aemdesign/dispatcher

Try accessing your dispatcher using In-Private browser tab, if you have any login cookies dispatcher will not cache things. Thank you @ArpitVarshney.@arunaaems506124 you can pull the dispatcher image from docker hub https://hub.docker.com/r/aemdesign/dispatcherI have also updated it to ensure you can get JSON log output so that it can be easily consumed by log parsers. This is not as straight forward for dispatcher as it is for Apache. Hope you find this useful.

So the answer looks like it's not possible.Dispatcher caches assets and html files. Caching query string could create a DDOS scenario.

I have configured my dispatcher container to return logs like this, which should suit any current log management toolshttps://hub.docker.com/r/aemdesign/dispatcher ### Container LogsAll apache and dispatcher logs are piped to container stdout, following is an example of ```docker logs -f publish-dispatcher``` ```{"@timestamp":"2019-06-25 13:09:31.317603", "level":"notice", "module":"suexec", "process":"6", "message":"AH01232: suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec)", "host":"dispatc...

Ive only provided that example as a reference that can be easily reproduced by anyone, its not how i use it. I did this so that I can demonstrate the problem in its simplest reproducable form.

Just a quick update on this DO NOT expect that resourceResolver.close(); will close your session as it will not. Close your session manually. New behaviour was implemented and resourceResolver.close(); does not close session anymore and your sever will fill up stale sessions untill its hangs or you reboot it.So in short YOU MUST run session.logout before you run resourceResolver.close(); good luck!

You could always do this, just include a link to your client libs folder directory without using JSTL:this will add the timstamp but wont minify

Referring to AEM 6.0 structure, can you add your thoughts on which of the below would an advantage for storing UGC separately (I came across this question) ?A) Better cache-ability of the pageB) Simplified permissionsC) Better moderation of contentC

You've tried this right?1. In CRXDe Create this path using "sling:Folder" node type/apps/etc/clientlibs/social/commons/scf/2. Copy /etc/clientlibs/social/commons/scf/ to /apps/etc/clientlibs/social/commons/scf/3. Remove all other files a part from ckrte.js and js.txt4. Update js.txt to have only ckrte.js 5. update ckrte.jsyou can test client lib order herehttp://localhost:4502/libs/granite/ui/content/dumplibs.test.html?categories=cq.social.scf Your new client lib should appear last, this will RE...

Ok then you clone your volume as well. This would be same or even more complicated issue doing it Manually. At least if you run Docker image without Volume you can Just commit it and spin it up and test it, then do same to Original running image. If you are doing HA and HR you would have Tiplicate of everything so having a another full copy as Shadow for Updates Testing is not going to break the bank. You original point was about "Why docker does not help you with AEM" which it does, but not is a p...

To meet A and B which protects Prod Instance from Un-Tested Changed. You would need to clone your Docker Container, I would recommend having File Store be located on Volume so that you can mount it in Readonly to new Container. To do this:1. Create a Docker image2. Run is a container and map repository to a volume3. While running the container do a Commit of the container to new Image4. Run your new image with a maped volume with readonly5. Test you install etc .

AEM instance content should be on a volume or in S3 Bucket. This will allow you what you wanted to do.

The actual challange if any that I propose to you is to understand this notion:"What is good enough in Prod good Enough in Dev"And its fundemental impact though practices on efficiency and how DevOps space closing the loops on all the old ways of solving problems that do not need to be solved. After all its 2017 not 1999 oldshcool thinking don't cut it anymore. This would be worthwhile endevour to explore. This does go to the core of developer mindset, whereby a developer thinks "hey I can do X ...

So the error for /mnt/overlay/granite/ui/content/shell/header/actions/pulse.data.json are related to the Notification Inbox, javascript does an update and uses that to pull things that are outstanding for a user. So thats why you are seeing this.does the path "/etc/workflow/models/dam/approve_asset/jcr:content/model" exist?I think you have a workflows that is still referencing a deleted workflow model, you could find a delete that workflow and this will go away.Just to confirm you don't have any...

Short answer No, especially for what you are trying to do and how you are going about it.You are trying to load another HTML page contents into RTE in a component. What you could do to do this:1. Create a new "HTML Content Load", it should allow a user to select a Path in content tree for the content they want to load and add it to the RTE. This widget should be based on RTE widget but have a new button that would allow loading of content form the repository.2. Have a good think of what you are d...

Yes mate, you can't do this though UI but you can do this using CRXDe. On the other note you probably should not do this for many reasons. You need to do this level of abstraction at Dispatcher level with VirtualHosts and rewrite rules.
