Re: Problem with complete task via email - Adobe LiveCycle 02-11-2011
Hi JanI asked around for some input into your issue.I have been told that the user context error is returned if the "User Name" and "Domain Name" fields on the endpoint are incorrect. What values do you have in those fields? Are they the default values...SuperAdmin and DefaultDom? Or have you changed them?Diana

Re: Can Email Start Point process NOT return attachments? - Adobe LiveCycle 31-10-2011
Hi JackYou are receiving the attachment back because the email submission failed. If an email submission is sucessful, no attachment is returned in the results email.Sorry...I don't believe there is a way to control whether or not attachments are sent back.Diana

Re: Problem with complete task via email - Adobe LiveCycle 28-10-2011
Hi JanI have never seen this error myself but it might be that LiveCycle doesn't know who the user is that is sending back the email. It expects that the owner of Task 92 is the user with the email address jpetrla@mydomain but it cannot seem to correlate that information. Is your user a local user or an LDAP user?Since I haven't seen this issue, my guess is that there is some kind of configuration issue with the POP3 settings on the email endpoint. We know that SMTP appears to work fine since you a...

Re: Workspace Save and Offline Buttons - Adobe LiveCycle 28-10-2011
Hi RichThe Offline button appears on a form if your xdp/pdf form has the Process Fields on it. The Process Fields are in the "Custom" tab in Designer. You can manually add these to a form or they are added in the Form Wizard if you choose the option to submit a form via email. The purpose of the Offline button is to allow users to complete tasks via email. The Save button appears depending on the form type and form data variable. For example, Save will appear for xdp and pdf forms. It will not appe...

Re: Problem with complete task via email - Adobe LiveCycle 26-10-2011
Hi JanYou seem to have 2 different error messages. The one returned via email indicates that the task is no longer available to be completed. If you do a Task Search in the adminui, does it show that Task 76 has a status of Assigned? The log error indicates that whatever user is sending back the email is not authorized to complete the task. Are you sure that the error message in the log is a result of the email send to the server? If it is, are you sending back the email as the same user that receiv...

Re: /process_data/taskContext/object/assignedUser/@initials - Adobe LiveCycle 17-10-2011
HiThe initials field is one of the values that can be set in your LDAP.It can represent the middle name of the user. You won't be able to use the adminui to populate that field. You would have to create the user in LDAP and set the initials and then sync it.Diana

Re: Checkin vs Deploy of Assets - Adobe LiveCycle 14-10-2011
Hi NithI believe you are getting the expected behaviour. Not sure why your JBoss environment would have worked differently. To my knowledge, a checkin places the asset in the repository. At this point it is not available for runtime. The deploy then places the asset in the runtime registry. The Workbench team may be able to shed more light on this.Diana

Re: Problem when loading the form in workspace ( LCES2 v9) - Adobe LiveCycle 14-10-2011
Hi HanStart with this Workbench help section that explains how to import your old process and forms: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/LiveCycle/9.5/WorkbenchHelp/WS92d06802c76abadb7e4e0266128402897ed-7fe6.htmlThen have a look at this section about "Upgrading legacy solutions to LiveCycle ES2.5"http://help.adobe.com/en_US/LiveCycle/9.5/WorkbenchHelp/WS92d06802c76abadb7e4e0266128402897ed-7fd1.htmlHope this helps.Diana

Re: Assign Task is assigned to a specific user but the she can not see it in her ToDo list - Adobe LiveCycle 11-10-2011
HiIt sounds like you have not selected anything on the Presentation & Data tab of the Workspace Startpoint/User Service. You need to specify:Your Asset (the form you want to present to the user)An associated Action Profile (tells the server how you want the form rendered...typically it is set to Default which uses the Render PDF Form process) The variable to hold your data(typically an xml variable)Make sure these are set.Diana

Re: "Claim Task..." Notification email gets sent again. Can I suppress? - Adobe LiveCycle 06-10-2011
Yes, the same workaround applies to ES2.In Workbench, do a Get Application and pull down the Process Management Email (system) app.In the Email Notification process, delete the Task Claimed event.Diana
