Re: Content Services doesn't start - logging problem - Adobe LiveCycle 18-05-2012
Hi Alex,Are you actually using Content Services in one of your LiveCycle Applications ?If you dont really require content services you can opt to remove it specifically. You can run the configuration manager usingLiveCycle Install Root > ConfigurationManager > Bin > configurationManager.batthis is the same configurational wizard which you must have gone through during actual installation. There would be a step in this wizard, which lists out the components / modules that you choose to install. On t...

Re: "submit" e-mail button - Adobe LiveCycle 02-05-2012
how was the form copied from original one?You might want to check if there's script on the form apart from the email submit button.since the same action can be triggered by the script, it could be over riding the button's settings.

Re: failed to load operation 'execute' for service 'SetValue' - Adobe LiveCycle 02-05-2012
is this happening for all the process where this operation appears ?Are you able to trigger the processes from workbench despite , this superficial exception ?If you process is deployed on server, you can delete the local copy from workbench , and then use Get Application option to get a fresh copy load in from the server.

Re: Add/Remove a text field with different properties by clicking a button - Adobe LiveCycle 06-05-2010
not really, when you write a script to add instances, i'm sure you would put a check on the no. of instances, i.e. at max 10 for eg.similarly, when the delete button is clicked, it would calculare the no. of instances every time before deleting.once the no. of instances is one , you can ask the script to hide the field with the caption.you can definitely find samples for this , if not let me know, i will make a quick one

Re: Add/Remove a text field with different properties by clicking a button - Adobe LiveCycle 04-05-2010
There could be many complex ways to do it,but an easier approach would be, create a hidden field with no caption, and try repeating it's instances, instead of repeating the instance of the first field.I hope i have answered in the right context >~Sid
