You may be having a version of the same problem I had when I upgraded to
Acrobat XI. It could be that Adobe is trying to migrate us into buying a
month to month, or annual rental instead of our "static" from the disk
versions. I posted above, "I want my old LiveCycle back, above. I was
not told that when I upgraded it would uninstall the version I had, and
thus lose what was previously bought and paid for.
