I created a form several months ago in LiveCycle ES4. Have no issues with users filling in the form, hitting the submit button and sending a completed form. I now have several users in the organization that are using Acrobat DC and are unable to send or save the form with any data. This is very serious for us as we have many many form that were created in LC ES4... Any ideas???

I have created a form, in LiveCycle ES4, that I am distributing to our organization. We are trying to use the output file which is an XML file. Is there a way to change the output file to a PDF?? Any advice, assistance, suggestions or otherwise would be great! We are trying to use the pdf to send to a repository location and yet be "readable" at a later date by corporate compliance officers.

Is there any other way to lock a form?? I don't have a signature line, but I need to lock it from others changing any data after I have completed and forwarded on to the next recipient?

I have created a form that I would like to pull in data from a document repository. There are fields that are collected from a barcode coversheet and we would like some of that info pulled into a form, when asked. Not even sure if this is possible....

I have a form that I have created in LiveCycle with a submit button to have the completed form emailed to a specific person. I have it set up with a message in the body of the email, but I am looking to add an additional message based on the results of one of the fields in the form....is this possible without major script writing?I am not a programmer, but willing to learn some script.

Thank you for your prompt response Robert.I already have the form properties set, but I did go and confirm. I do have hidden fields, however they are set to Optional, so nothing out of the ordinary there. I am not familiar at all with the Set Focus feature... I just found the Set Focus option, turned it on and proceed to verify its working function. I did not work. I am willing to send form in .tds format if you would rather justlook at wihat I have for script and any settings.Teresa

I have created a form with an submit button with is supposed to go to an email address. I have used this EXACT process in a prior form and had no issues. I am using a regular button and then have a script in MouseUp*. The following script will not open email to send it. I copied it directly form a previous form that did what wwe wanted it to do. Script:if (form1.execValidate() == true){ if (employeename.rawValue != null || employeename.rawValue != "") { vSubject = "Emerging Technology Evaluation...

Hi,If I just give a generic script first: var vEmail = "email@address.com";var vSubject = "A Subject for your email";var vBody = "Put your body message here...";event.target.app.mailMsg({ bUI: true, cTo: vEmail, cSubject: vSubject, cMsg: vBody});In your script you are building the subject line string within the mailMsg script. I would be inclined to move this out to where you are declaring the variable. You also have +" after the EmployeeName.rawValue. This will cause the script to fail. You are...
