  • Hi Sundhara,Once your account has been setup for Shared audiences all of your AAM segments should be available in Target. There is no need to mark them to go to Target from AAM. In Analtyics however, you do have to mark individual segments you want to make avaialbe in the marketing cloud. These are ...

  • Hi Parthana,It looks like you have to include the mboxOverride.browserIp parameter to get the GEO data to show in your trace. I hadn't realized that before. You can use your own IP in the mboxOverride.browserIp too.

  • You are correct, they both use the same recommendations logic. I'm guessing just a variation in name. Name is a free form field just meant to provide an idea of the criteria's purpose. Sometimes we have very similar criteria but variations in name to suit different types of organization (e.g., artic...

  • Hi Neetu,This is probably because you are checking a profile that was just created. The profile fetch API has ~30 minute latency before you'll see it showing up. If you try that same ID again you'll probably get the JSON response you are expecting.

  • Hi sabahatu1546489,You shouldn't modify the throttle rates in this use case. Your groupA/groupB audiences already control that. Set both activities to 100% of traffic (i.e., eligible traffic). If you get into the home page activity your visitor should not be able to see the about us activity. Keep t...

  • Yes, you have to create a new audience with the definition I supplied. The same is true for the DOMelement audience too. NOTE that requestType will only show up in the drop down if Target has seen that parameter on a request for the target-global-mbox. So you'll need to add the code and load a page ...

  • Hi Saila,It's possible that your server doesn't allow unknown query parameters to be added into the URL. Our VEC adds a couple of query parameters to the page when loading to help prevent Target from loading any test content that could be live in another activity. You can verify this by trying to lo...

  • Most definitely! You need to start by choosing single page to setup/compose your test with the visual experience composer (VEC). But then you can layer on a "template" rule to allow a set of urls to qualify for entry in the test.Configure (gear icon) > page delivery > add template rule with "OR" con...

  • Assuming you are using the VEC instead of form based - You can use a Target activity to add the DOM element checker and getOffer function to the PDP. Create an activity on the PDP and use insert element (HTML) to an element that will exist below the element you are looking for (for timing purposes)....

  • That profile looks fine. You then need to create two audiences one for the GroupA response and one for the GroupB response. Your rule should be something like: visitor profile > twoGroups > contains: GroupA.Is that how your audiences are defined? Then I'd replace the "all visitors" audience with one...
