In the current form that I am creating, I have a dropdown which automatically populates a text field depending on which option the user clicks in the dropdown called "Client Requirement/Suggestion" . After this first instance, I will have a button that when clicked, the same dropdown and text field from the first instance will appear again without overriding or deleting what was selected in the first and the user will be able to select something else.
