I'm also having trouble getting this to work correctly. Following Adobe's guidelines, 'exp' should be set as POSIX time (seconds since the Epoch). That can be implemented in Javascript like this: const thirtyMinutesFromNowInSeconds = (Date.now() / 1000) + 30 * 60; However, changing the seconds affects the access token response very little. It seems that no matter what I enter, I get expires_in: 86399995 as the response.Building on this, I think the 'expires_in' parameter returned in the access to...

Hi Manik,There's an expiration option for an evar to expire on an event. You could set a specific event on that page which would expire the evar. The downside to that is, if they don't see that page, then the evar will keep persisting. Just something to consider. I hope that helps,Seth

Hi Kasper,The short answer is you would need to have a full license to Audience Manager. The ACS to AAM integration takes a lot of setup to get it working properly. I know that doesn't really solve your use case but I hope that at least answers the question. Thanks,Seth

Hello,You will need to have one of the admins of your organization go into the Admin Console (adminconsole.adobe.com) and add you to a launch product profile that has permissions. Check out this documentation for Launch specific permissions: User permissions I hope that helps,Seth

Hi Adilk,There really isn't a right or wrong way to do this. Personally I would have a unique rule per direct call event. Mostly for organization purposes to make sure that when this event happens i can quickly see exactly what launch will do. But, you can combine in a single rule, but it just gets more complicated. There isn't necessarily a right or wrong answer just whichever way you would prefer to do it.

Hi Kevin,The Power BI connector uses the Analytics 1.4 API which is limited to 4 breakdowns/dimensions per request. At some point a new connector could be built using our 2.0 API which does not have the same limitations. I hope that helps,Seth

Hi Settytb,According to your response, I think I have all the permissions setup. In my first few screenshots, I can use the "discover me" method to get the information for my company and it works good. I think this has proved that the OAuth token I get is correct. The problem is I copy and paste the company id I get and use it in other methods but none of them works.

Correct - Calendar Events are not available yet in Analysis Workspace - Reports & Analytics only.We had a great customer tip presented during our Analytics Rock Star session at Summit in Las Vegas this year to help solve for this. To watch, head to: Adobe Summit 2019—The Digital Experience Conference | March 24–28, 2019 And look for Audrey Salerno's second tip (starts at 33:39)If that doesn't deep link you to the video, then search for S116 in the text box under the keynote videos.Hope that help...

For standard page view calls, creating a workspace project with page as the dimension and custom event as a metric would be the way to go.For custom link calls, you'd want to populate an eVar with page name, then send that eVar in all link tracking calls.

Hiya Seth,We are seeing something similar...and I wondered if it was because I was specifying page name and URL on both page load and link click events. Is this not best practice?Also...even if it is because its counting page views AND page events...surely a unique visitor has to load a page to interact with an element on that page (and therefore page views should still be higher?)Mark

Hi josnyder ! You've found my issue. It's was the manageVars plugin. It was present in the older code and the clearVars function was being overwritten by the plugin. I've completely removed the plugins (manageVars and clearVars). And now we're good to go! Thank you for sharing this tip. I was pulling my hair on this.

Hello,It would be difficult to do, but not impossible. You would need to construct the visit, a query to say something like concat post_visid_high/low then visit_num and order by the visit_page_num. The visit_page_num is the order of the hits. You could then query the variable and see how it changes via the visit_page_num values which would be the path or flow. I hope that helps,Seth

An additional thought/question here.If A4T is unable to capture these impressions because a site visit is not triggered for Analytics to capture, would the implementation of Analytics using an html tag (through a pixel dropped in the email) help make that connection? 100% agreed with Seth here. The best practice would be to create a classification based on the variable storing the ID's you're segmenting on. Everything you want to include in the segment gets the same classification value. Using the classification uploader should be pretty quick if you have the list of ID's already.Once you've uploaded the classification file and it's processed, you create a segment defined as 'visitors with the ID classification value of X'. Just that one segment definition w...

Yes, this is what I assumed. However, I want the eVar to persist the value through the pageview and link tracking (since we have multiple links on the site) - so Adobe does not provide a solution to set the eVar to expire on a pageview?

Adobe dropped support for the browser plugins because it was really only supported in the firefox browser and significantly contributed to the length of the image request. I would be interested in seeing what you are currently using the list for? What kinds of things are you looking for in the list to make design choices in your website? But Josh's suggestion should replicate the functionality. Thanks,Seth

't' is local machine time, we only use it to pull the timezone from... not really needed. 'g' is page url. This is important as a missing url can be cause for a hit to be excluded. If there is no pagename then a 'g' must exist. When in doubt include it so the hit isn't excluded.vid this is a custom visitor Id. Not required.ce is a charset, not very important unless doing multi-byte charactersAQE is "adobe query end" marking the end of the query string... if you have and AQB then you need an AQE....

If you look at it by month/week. Is it a gradual increase or more of a cliff spike then plateau? Is site-wide revenue spiking or just natural search? Did paid drop by a bunch? If the site is staying the same then paid must have dropped off for natural to pick up. Just curious if you made any code changes or landing page changes along the way? I hope that helps point you in the right direction.Good luck,Seth

To me it helps having a concrete example to wrap my head around it. Like Lisa mentioned Pages report is a good example. In SiteCatalyst (reports and analytics) pages is a linear allocation. What this means is that if I make a purchase of 50 dollars, and I saw 5 pages, each page will get 10 dollars of revenue. So, in the report Page A would get 10 dollars and B 10 dollars etc. However if I add in the Participation version of Revenue now what I see is Page A gets 50 dollars and page B gets 50 doll...
