Hi @charlinew82228857This error usually comes when the block that was put in the text version does not have any content which is why system is returning the error, so either you can remove the block from the template and recreate the delivery or add data in the text block to use so it will not display the same error again.I hope it helps !!!Regards,Ananya Kuthiala

Hi Kausik B​Adobe no longer provide any build older than V7 9032 for installation or upgrade in general hence i would not recommend installing any older build for example 8932.8850, etc. Also there have been security patches added to 9032 hence any build prior to that is not an good option to proceed with. If your message centre/execution instance is hosted by Adobe then please raise a support ticket as 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 would need to be whitelisted in LAN security zone and user/password needs to be set to true.In the below format :

Hi jennyf54893966From the error it appears that delivery/workflow would be setup to use a pre defined filter which has internal name FLT12. Was the tracking ever setup on this server ? Same issues here. Our images may or may not load after importing them, then 10 minutes later the ones that didn't load are showing up and another one that seemed to load fine is now broken. We're working with support but haven't made any progress.
