Re: Forms and Documents functions not working on iPad - Adobe LiveCycle 21-04-2011
Hello,Check out the help page here: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/LiveCycle/9.5/WorkbenchHelp/WS92d06802c76abadb-1cc35bda128261a20dd-7dbf.htmlI suspect that the issue is that you have not configured the Assign Task or Assign Multiple Tasks operations to allow tasks to be completed without opening the form or Guide. That check box has to be set so that the mobile device sees the task. Also remember to put in good quality Task Instructions, as that text is typically the primary way of indicating wha...

Re: Run javascript in adobe live cycle work bench - Adobe LiveCycle 09-11-2010
Hello,I would probably start by getting familiar with DSC development, the link you point to will help. A DSC is basically just a POJO (plain old java object) wrapped with some special packaging that allows it to be deployed to the LC DSC container. Once you have that sorted, you could use a Java based JS interpreter like Mozilla Rhino (http://www.mozilla.org/rhino/) within the DSC to interpret the JS that you would assign to the DSC in your process.Alternatively, if this is more or less a local...

Re: Run javascript in adobe live cycle work bench - Adobe LiveCycle 06-11-2010
I don't believe that the Execute Script service will execute JavaScript. I'm fairly certain it is actually Java BeanShell. If you were really keen on executing JS, you could probably develop a custom component that executed JS, but you may be better off porting your code to regular Java.

Re: LiveCycle ES2 Mobile Applications - Adobe LiveCycle 06-11-2010
Hello Ken,Thanks for being a long-time user of Adobe technologies. That's great to see.As of LiveCycle ES 2.5, our Mobile applications for iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Windows Mobile are capable of rendering forms! In order to develop a "form" that will work on the mobile devices, you need to use LiveCycle Guilde Builder, which is a component of the LiveCycle Workbench development environment. Support for XFA/PDF forms is a feature that we are investigating for Adobe Reader on Android, but ri...

LiveCycle ES2 Mobile Applications - Adobe LiveCycle 02-08-2010
Did you know that if you've licensed LiveCycle Process Management ES2, or Content Services ES2, there are mobile apps available for you to use? For Process Management, you can use your iPhone, Blackberry or Windows Mobile 6.1/6.5 device to approve tasks on the go with LiveCycle Workspace Mobile. The apps are available on the App Stores (Apple AppStore, Blackberry App World and Windows Live Market). For Content Services, there is an iPhone only app available on the Apple AppStore that will allow y...
