Easy Toggle between Planned and Projected Dates on Scheduling - Workfront 20-04-2018
Projected dates is helpful to see how things are really tracking along, a better sense of reality I suppose. Planned dates is good to see what we originally had in mind and allows you to view allocation. In order to change between the two, you have to go into the settings and switch the toggle. **My idea is to bring that toggle out of the settings wheel so it's a lot easier to toggle between the two views. Sort of like on the gantt chart you can check the box to switch to projected dates, that's...

Calendar Showing Span of Projects, not just tasks - Workfront 19-04-2018
It would be great to view Projects on a Calendar, not just tasks. It could be set up/ filtered by program or portfolio and/or owner. Our PM's would really like to have this high level view of their projects.

Re: Time Off Calendar - Workfront 19-04-2018
It would be awesome to see my team's time off in a calendar. Right now, I have to go into their individual time off tabs on their profiles, which is just a lot of clicks.

"Smart" (AI) Planned/Projected Completion Dates - Workfront 20-12-2017
One of our PM's shared this idea with me, here's his idea: When a customer submits a request, the system estimates the time required for the work, evaluates existing schedule, and delivers an estimated/projected completion date.

Put constraints on request Planned Completion Date - Workfront 13-12-2017
Customers can select any date on the planned completion date field. It would be great if we could apply constraints such as but not limited to: no dates in the pastno weekendsno holidaysno tomorrow/next day

Re: Ability to make Planned Completion Date field mandatory - Workfront 13-12-2017
yea, it's frustrating that it defaults to one day from the moment the request is started.

Re: set default planned start / completion time on default fields in queue setup - Workfront 13-12-2017
The time portion is causing issues for us, it'd be nice to have global setting to turn it off. I have an idea submitted in the project category for this too, vote here: https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115003762734-Disable-Time-Portion-of-due-dates-Projects-and-Tasks-

Disable Time Portion of due dates (Projects and Tasks) - Workfront 13-12-2017
We don't worry about the time of due dates. We've always looked at end of the day as the deadline. Yes, sometimes we have to stay late to get it done on time. Now we have Workfront (in our 4th month) and the planned completion date has a time portion, which has cause some issues for us. Tracking On Time delivery, even 3 minutes past is considered late. We only worry about it going out on the date it was requested due. (We've worked around this with a custom field on a report, using the "cleartim...

Re: [CLOSED] - Default Time for Planned Completion Date - Workfront 13-12-2017
Having the time portion on tasks and projects is too granular for us. We focus on "end of business day" as the deadline, of the date requested. It'd be nice to have the ability to globally disable the time portion of tasks and projects.
