This worked for me on a particular form I created. My tables did not have any repeating rows, they just expand with multiple lines in one of the table cells. I was having the same issue when I Reader Extended the PDF. Once I changed the Binding to No Binding then it quit doing it.

Hi Arvind,You could use xfa.layout.page(...); which returns the first page the object appears on, so if this doesn't equal i then ignore.You could also avoid the layout methods and just process the form model;function processTables(node){ if (node.className == "exclGroup" || node.className == "subform" || node.className == "subformSet" || node.className == "area") { for (var i = 0; i < node.nodes.length; i++) { var childNode = node.nodes.item(i); if (childNode.className == "subform" && childNode...

Hi,I have a repeatable table in subform which is set to western text layout. When I add new tables all goes well untill table rows are expanded. As I expand table rows by entering large text and table span more than single page layout disturbs. See below.This is table set to repeatable and containing subform is set to western text.Now if I add large content in left side table in and it break over page see what happens. Middle and right table moved to next page while I want them to start on page ...

LiveCycle Designer uses the same JavaScript engine that Acrobat and Reader does when the LiveCycle form is in the PDF format. So as noted in the Acrobat JavaScript form, the JavaScript engine and capabilities. As explained in the Acrobat JavaScript forum, the JavaScript used in Acrobat or Reader is "sandboxed" or very will isolated from your computer's JavaScript program. This has been done to protect users of Acrobat or Reader form the possibility of running malicious code.It might be possible ...

Thanks for the example. It helped me a lot.I found a way. The problem was that one of the conditional fields was an option field. From the option field I made a dropdown and now it seems to be working. I will make a better test on monday to see if its working like it should.Thanks again for the help.

Thanks Arvind . I tried it the way you suggested, but it did not work. I looked at the code again and noticed that my variable 'partNo' and the Function call 'whSize' were switched backwards... So instead of... if (partNo[i] == whSize) which is what I needed... and changed toand if(whSize[i] == partNo) what I had originallyonce I changed to the top one, it worked like a charm. I didn't know that this would make a difference Your examples caused me to think outside the box and give consideration ...

Hi there,I have a hard time with a form to limit its height say 9inches. I have Table1 in flowed subform with 8 rows and Table1 is set to repeat. Allow page break within contents is not selected for Table1. Table rows contain fields that are set to expand so when the table grows more than page height it get cropped because page break is not allowed. I mainly want to set allow page break within content when Table1 height increase more than 9.35inches. Please note as Table1 is repeatable so it may...

HI Bruce,Thanks for your reply, I tried this way on my form but sometime removing an instance messed up table lines. See below.However, I found a way to improve the efficiency to its best. I put the code under add and remove buttons to increase/decrease the parent subforms height by that of their child objects. It improved the efficiency very much,RegardsArvind

I did uninstall and install latest microsoft visual C++ redistributable package but same problem exists.Please suggest a solution.RegardsArvind
