So I have finally got ReportBuilder Excel plug-in installed.  However what happens when I try to use it is:  I open Excel -> got to Add-Ins -> Sign into Omniture -> Choose Create -> the Report Builder - Request Wizard: Step 1 of 2 box appears -> I change my Report Suite to the one I need -> it think...

Thanks for the information.  I'm trying to find my Account Administrator so that I can download the reportbuilder plug-in for Excel.
