I have a PDF file that is 3 pages. When I create the 3 page template form through Acrobat 8 Forms,  and then it is placed in Lifecycle designer, I can save it. All of the fields that I create remain in the file. But, I cannot add another page (PDF template)  to this Lifecycle file. I have to go back...
