Thank you for the help!Second question - if the form has rows being added, and there is content below the table.  How do you make sure the content moves if rows are added? I did try and search this - is it related to content areas?

In the help guide, there is an example of adding buttons to each row - an Add Row and Delete Row button.  I am interested in having one button at the top of the table that can add rows.
