I've been working on this for the last few days now and I've made a little progress. Dynamic banners still behave irregularly on a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 tablet. They'll sometimes partially load and when it's a video in the banner, it will load but it won't play full screen. If I press the 'make full screen' button it goes black (audio still present) and then when I press the back arrow the app crashes. Yes it's the same. I actually haven't tried it on a computer outside of my work network. I'll give that a shot and get back to you.

Any ideas what might be going on with this? I still can't login to Windows or the Web Viewer but it works fine in iOS and Android.
