Re: Rearranging components - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 27-10-2017
You can configure panel to be of multiple columns, that way you can have multiple fields in a single line, if the space permits otherwise they will wrap around.Configuration under panel properties:Panel is the only component you can use for grouping of fields

Re: Search Component using AEM forms - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 12-02-2017
Hello Srinithi,Those links were for reference. You can always write a click expression on your button, hit your servlet and fetch results. If your search web service have swagger / wsdl configured, you can directly map your fields to its input and output using rule editor. [0] [1]If your result is in form of array/list, you will find it useful to use repeatable panels [2] or repeatable row in table [3]. Re: User specific data prefill - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 30-01-2017
Yes, we do support such scenarios / use cases. You can write a prefill service [0]. In the prefill service, you can get user data and pass it on.Once you have created a prefill service, you can associate it with adaptive form. It could be configured in Form container dialog using authoring[0] 'AEM Forms prefill service' section of https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-2/prepopulate-adaptive-form-fields.html

Re: Group One or More Forms - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 14-01-2017
Hello April,>> What if i want to make bulk changes to the core elements used within a group of templates? You can't make changes to group of templates together. What you can do is make changes in the structure layer of template and all the forms created from that template will get updated. Then yes, updating template, will update all its forms.[0]>> a revised T&C all in o...

Re: What is first? 'Document ready' or guideBridge.connect() ? - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 14-04-2016
Hi Varun thanks a lot for your hint. What I am basically doing is (simplified for the example): ... extract of the widget.jsp of my custom component .... <%@include file="/libs/fd/af/components/guidesglobal.jsp" %> <%-- todo: In case of repeatable panels, please change this logic at view layer --%> guideBridge.connect(function (){ var guideFieldName = '${properties["name"]}'; jQuery.ajax({ type: 'GET', url: ... }).done(function (data) { var somExpr = guidelib.runtime[guideFieldName].somExpression; guideBridge.setProperty([somExpr], "value", [data]); }); }) Regards,Urs

Re: Custom adaptive form template & i18n - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 11-04-2016
Hi Daniel,As template is just a starting point for form, which gives a proposed layout, theme for form. Template in no way, is capable of predicting the actual fields / labels / tab titles of the form. Hence the dictionary is kept with actual form, which has the sole governing power over its fields, their labels, tab / wizard/ accordion titles (which actually need to be localized)

Re: Rich Text Editor in Adaptive Forms - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 15-10-2015
Currently there is no Adaptive Form OOTB component, capable to take input as 'rich text'.You can write a custom component using custom widget, which supports rich text input capabilities. Following are the links for how to write a custom widget:[1] http://helpx.adobe.com/livecycle/help/mobile-forms/creating-custom-widgets.html[2] http://helpx.adobe.com/livecycle/help/mobile-forms/available-widgets.html[3] https://git.corp.adobe.com/pages/vdua/sample-xfa-widget-tutorial/jekyll/update/2014/04/09/c...
