Re: Assign multiple rendering scripts to a draggable component - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
I think what he means with having the component listen to the template is that the template needs to set some properties for the page which the component will "read" eg.Template 1 (for the products page):<% pageContext.setAttribute("pagetype","products"); %>Template 2 (for the suppliers page):<% pageContext.setAttribute("pagetype","suppliers"); %>Then the productlist.jsp could simple read that property like: //Include the corresponding script (view) here //Include the other script (view) her...

Re: How to limit the tags widget selecting a single value? - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
There is an option/property in the tagInputField that allow you to choose how many tags to accept from a given namespace called "maximum". Set this one to "1" in your case. This has been somewhat explained in this blogpost:http://cqsearchpromote.blogspot.se/2013/02/how-to-make-tag-input-field-accept.html/Johan

Re: How to limit the tags widget selecting a single value? - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
Well I think in this case, what you would do is just to see if there is any tags added at all and the just pick the first one from the array: String[] tags = this.properties.get(TAGS_PROPERTY_NAME, new String[0]); String tag= ""; if(tags.length == 0){ //no tags have been added ! }else{ tag = tags[0]; } //Do something nice with your tag

Re: Getting error "Cannot serve request to /siteadmin" on publish - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
You are not supposed to reach the siteadmin on the publish instance. Thats the default behaviour of the publishers. As far as I know it's only meant to be reached from the author, so don't worry 🙂I don't really see why they should be reached either since the definition of the publisher/author relationship in CQ is along the lines of:"The authoring environment is where you input content""The publisher environment holds the content for the visitors"

Re: How to replicate between 'Author' and 'Author' environment in CQ5 ? How can be this done ?. - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
Would maybe clustering (with the Active Clustering method and load balancing) be something to consider for you?Currently using that and it works like a charm!http://wem.help.adobe.com/enterprise/en_US/10-0/core/administering/cluster.html

Re: image display issues - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
Hello!Would be great with some more information about you filetypes/renditions etc. for your image and the slideshow. What differs between the picture that doesn't work and the 2 others? Does it have all the necessary renditions, and can you access all of those without problems ? If not, then you might have re-run any rendition-workflows that you might have.

Re: image display issues - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
Hmm, seems like there is nothing wrong with the code. Did you look at the renditions for each file in the dam and what does the log say ? In the DOM can you see what the page looks like HTML-wise. Is there an image there at all but with no height etc ?Also, have you tried to use the build in functionality for the image class (draw). I use the function image.draw(out) to draw the image. Can you try this and see if it helps ?

Re: Reg : org.apache.sling.api.scripting.ScriptEvaluationException - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015

Re: Reg : org.apache.sling.api.scripting.ScriptEvaluationException - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
Did you try ti import "com.cdyne.ws.weatherws.*" Instead? I don't really know anything about that third-party web service but I came across some problems when using one of my own services from a different bundle. The thing that I had to do then was to make use of the following: MyService myService = sling.getService(MyService.class);but that might not help in your case..I also saw that Scott Macdonald had written some great notes about this, can probably be worth reading for you!http://scottsdigi...
