Thank you both for your suggestions.  I'm looking into ways of tracking the folder ID's.  If I get a solid way to solve this I'll post it.     

Thanks everyone.  I ended up solving my problem by adjusting  my scenario to copy the document from the originating campaign  request instead of the project.  But I'm keep all your suggestions in my toolkit.  Thanks again!

Correct.  So each successive request created, gets dupes uploaded to it.

Hi @Lawson02 OK I definitely see what you are saying but forgive my newness to Fusion but don't I have to start all my scenarios with a trigger?  Because they only look a new or updated actions.  I want to look through every active projectregardless.  

Thank you @Sven-iX .  That sounds like an intriguing option.  I haven't used a instant webhook yet.  They seem a bit confusing.  I'll have to read up on exactly how to set them to capture task events.

@ChrisStephens thanks for your reply.  So maybe I'm over thinking it.  You are saying have the scenario use a search record module on a custom schedule on the days my sprints end and then use a update record to reassign the still open projects to the next sprint?  But how do I get t he current sprin...
