I agree with both the replies. This is the native android search. This can be considered as part of Natural Search.

@AmandaSe6 I am not a Power BI user, but have a little idea on the connectors. Are you using the most recent connector version or old version, Can you check the version? Also, sometimes reconnecting might be helpful.

If two users access the application using the same device or browser, they will be assigned the same ECID, as it's tied to the client, not the individual user.

Hello @dineshpr  If you are looking for customers who shopped after one week of the clicking link in email, you should select after 1 week. But if there is any limit after 1 week, you can add that criteria too. see below for your reference.
