Hello, Just came across your post looking for something else, wasn't sure if you refer to wanting to update all working on a project? If so, navigate to People on the left hand side menu and there is an option there to Update all (which then appears in the Updates stream).

You could create and apply Tags which you could colour code for your urgent requests vs the other type of requests - then you can group by Tags to bring all urgent requests together within their respective statuses
