Is anyone getting duplicate notifications in Workfront? Any idea as to why?

Is anyone having problems uploading documents in Workfront? We cannot download or open a PDF or Word document. Just wondered if this was a global problem or specific to us? I've already contacted support but haven't received any info yet as to what the problem could be. Pat McCarty GuideStone
