There is a section in the SSO settings that assigns attributes to sync via SSO (like names) and if auto-provisioning is enabled first and last name are required but not for SSO itself. We only have the email address attribute as that is what we use for federation ID so people are able to set their preferred names and use SSO. Hey Kyle, If you use auto-provisioning with SSO you cannot also have custom first/last name options as those are required fields for the account to be created. I think the little "i" for the checkbox for auto-provisioning mentions those attributes are required. The attribute setting is hitting an AD check each day and is resetting the name to match AD. If you use SSO without auto-provisioning you can leave the name attributes alone and people can use custom names. David White Centene Corporation

Hello, If you recently switched to SSO and the contractor was using the mobile app previously, they may need to reset the app to designate the login type on the app (manual login vs SSO). On Android, in system settings for the phone, there will be a Workfront app listing to set permissions and uninstall and so forth. Hey Lauren, We ran into a similar confusion on zero day vs 1 day tasks when PMs were editing tasks to have planned start and end of a single day and it would show 0 day duration instead of 1 day and thus the percent completes weren't updating as they expected (different than your resource planner but might be related). Re: Automated 'Send' Timed Reports - not delivered CL5 - Workfront 29-05-2019
I noticed this as well and also on CL5. I can do "Send Now" and it goes through but the automated ones are sporadic - days later on some or not at all on others.
