If you eliminate the filter for Ready to Start, all assigned tasks would appear - as you are noticing, so curious as t...

  • There isn't a way to add a custom field to the Project Overview section, however, you can change the order of the Project Details area so that the custom form appears first followed by the Overview. You can do this by clicking on the pencil icon (edit) on the right side and the drag / drop the custo...

  • @BeckyK3 Thanks for sharing additional details! While Workfront doesn't have a built-in option to fully lock projects after completed - there are manual options like Kellie mentioned below. You can remove or adjust the sharing permissions on completed projects so users only have View or No Access, b...

  • @andreadmw When creating calculated fields that references the field in the expression, you have to create a "blank" calculated field first for Discovery and click Apply so the field is created in the backend of the system. Once the field has been created, you can go back in and add the expression. ...

  • Are you keeping the request upon conversion? If so, you can filter projects based off the field, Has Resolvables > Equals > True

  • I'm no Fusion expert, but the field for Project Entry Date will tell you the date/time in which a project was entered into the system - whether via a template, from scratch, or from a converted issue.

  • @BeckyK3 Typically, if someone is posting a comment, it is because they are sharing work related updates or replying to another comment - so I'd be curious to know why users are posting comments on completed projects and not tagging anyone? If no one is tagged, no one will receive an update, regardl...

  • @FrankatMSC Based on what you shared above, I created a project custom form and added two different calculated fields:1. Converted Issue Entry Date (convertedOpTaskEntryDate)2. # of Days Between Issue Entry Date and Project Actual Start Date, using your calculation from aboveI then added this custom...

  • @Jcosta16 Thanks for sharing that screenshot! If you aren't using milestones (which would be something to consider in the future), is the parent task for STRATEGY a template task? If you are using templates to create your projects, then you can manipulate the text mode to only show tasks with the ST...

  • @FrankatMSC The field for convertedOpTask:entryDate would refer to the date in which the request was entered into Workfront, so you should be able to use that in your calculated field. If you want to share your calculation, since you mentioned it's not working, I can try and help!
